Our client is looking for an experienced commercial real estate loan officer who has a track record of producing $40 - $50 million a year and will focus on credits in the $4 - $10 million range. The focus will be heavy CRE, owner and non owner. They would like someone who's passionate about the community and wants out of a big multi-billion dollar bank group. They are going to be the first bank that will be designated as an MDI in the state of Indiana. They are in the midst of 24 million dollar capital raise.
