Location: Kentucky Specialty: Neuro ICU RN Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12) Contract: 13 Weeks Requirements: ✅ Minimum 9 months of travel nursing experience ✅ Active Kentucky or Compact RN License (required at submission) ✅ AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required ✅ CRRT experience highly preferred ✅ Meditech experience preferred (not required) Preferred Experience: Critical care experience in a Certified Stroke Center Familiar with current stroke guidelines and performance measures IV tPA administration and post-tPA monitoring Stroke assessment (BE-FAST) Bedside dysphagia screening competency Unit Details: Neuro ICU with opportunity to float to Stepdown Stepdown float ratio: 1:4 Collaborative, high-acuity stroke and neuro critical care environment Submission Requirements: Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with the application Active Kentucky or Compact RN license AHA certifications only Copies of certifications required No open or pending background or license issues accepted Local candidates within 65 miles are not accepted Why Apply? ⭐ Specialized Neuro ICU assignment ⭐ Work with advanced stroke and critical care patients ⭐ 13-week night shift contract ⭐ Great opportunity for experienced Neuro ICU travelers Interested?
