This candidate will be responsible for the following: Provide superior customer service while fulfilling customer requests in all transactions. Processing transactions accurately, addressing account inquiries, and resolving routine issues. Deepen relationships through value-add recommendations to existing customers and prospective customers. Drive adoption of digital banking services with new and existing customers. Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance of the branch. Accurate processing of transactions, completing end-of-day reporting and documentation, adhering to safe cash and negotiable instrument practices. Following all safe deposit box protocols, identifying customers, and protecting the confidentiality of customer information. Build and sustain relationships with internal and external customers which will uphold a positive reputation among the retail branch teams and Fidelity Bank. Requirements for this position include: High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Strong sales and service skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Must be organized with good time management skills. Preferred requirements include: 1+ year of banking or financial services experience. 1+ year of cash handling experience.
