SAP Business Analyst

Requirements

• 6 or more years of experience in technical business analysis and functional systems elicitation.

• Proficiency in SAP enterprise ERP application modules, transactions, and integrated workflows.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and OnBase for paperless workflow automation.

• Experience in SharePoint administration, document repositories, and advanced Microsoft Excel data modeling.

• Experience with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software implementations and integrated enterprise systems.

• Experience in business process re-engineering, establishing performance tracking metrics, and test case execution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional business requirements for enterprise ERP and COTS solutions.

• Design paperless workflow automation solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Manager and OnBase platforms.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between administrative leadership, business units, and IT engineering staff.

• Author detailed technical design documentation, support procedures, operational guidelines, and checklists.

• Develop comprehensive test scenarios and execute system validation to ensure software quality.

• Implement business process improvements and define metric frameworks to track organizational productivity gains.

• Troubleshoot system issues, formulate functional workarounds, and mentor junior team analysts.
