Overview

PowerShopper Corp - Who We Are

PowerShopper Corporation is a privately owned wholesale distributor and online eCommerce retailer. We operate a medium-sized sales and distribution operation based in Pasadena, California. We rely heavily on our personnel and their ability to problem solve with respect to all aspects of our operations, ranging from packing and shipping, to customer service, to online sales.

We consist of a small staff that has overlapping responsibilities, and are in search of persons comfortable working both roles of customer service as well as working interchangeably in our warehouse .

Responsibilities

Customer Service

Day to day operations for our customer service role include the following:

  • Able to type 30 WPM.

  • Comfortable taking inbound sales calls.

  • Able to learn our product lines and communicate to customers.

  • Some technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

  • Basic arithmetic skills are required.

  • Able to file documents electronically, self-organization, and self-management. 

Warehouse Operations

Day to day operations for our warehouse role include the following:

  • Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs or more.

  • Unpacking and receiving large shipments.

  • Organizing and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

  • Pulling, packing, and scanning of products.

  • Creating shipping labels.

  • Creating shipping quotes.

  • Uploading tracking into order fulfillment system on a timely basis.

Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM PST and we are closed on the weekends.
