Our Client is a well-established public accounting firm in the East Bay that is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its team.
This opportunity offers direct exposure to firm leadership, complex tax work, and the ability to build long-term relationships with a sophisticated client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses and real estate-focused entities.
Highlights:
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite)
• Compensation: $135,000–$160,000 DOE
• Direct interaction with Partners
• Significant tax planning and advisory responsibilities
• Clear advancement path to Senior Manager and beyond (Partnership achievable)

Ideal candidates will have:
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA or EA preferred
• Experience with individual, trust, estate, partnership and entity taxation
• Real estate client exposure preferred
• Strong proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax & Engagement
• The ability to independently manage engagements, deadlines, and client relationships
