Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on Indian Motorcycle models Conduct routine inspections, oil changes, tire replacements, and tune-ups Diagnose and repair electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues Complete warranty repairs in accordance with Indian Motorcycle manufacturer guidelines Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to service advisors and customers Keep the shop workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Requirements: Prior experience as a motorcycle technician or powersports technician required Familiarity with Indian Motorcycle, Victory, or similar V-twin platforms preferred Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and mechanical repair Ability to use diagnostic software and shop tools effectively MMI, UTI, or equivalent technical certification is a plus Valid motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain one Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team player About Us: Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle LLC is Colorado Springs' premier destination for the legendary Indian Motorcycle brand, proudly serving riders across the Front Range and beyond.
