MRI Technologist – Bronx, NY
Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Location: Bronx, New York
Salary Range: $55 – $60 per hour plus benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to patient safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans following physician orders and imaging protocols
- Ensure patient safety, screening, and comfort throughout procedures
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment
- Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff
Requirements
- Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT (MRI) certification preferred/required
- Active New York State license
- Prior MRI experience
Skills
- Strong technical precision and patient care skills
- Knowledge of MRI safety protocols
