IT Support Technician - Ubiquiti & Microsoft 365 Experience Required

Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled IT Technician with hands-on experience in Ubiquiti UniFi and UISP , strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration , and a solid background in helpdesk support . The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable troubleshooting networks, devices, and cloud services in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience with UniFi / UISP deployments
- Microsoft 365 user and tenant administration
- Helpdesk and end-user support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
