Working with your Restaurant General Manager, you grow the business by making our customers’ day. And when you do, you get rewarded in a big way. Requirements A natural leader who wants to be a co‑captain and can help bring together a winning team. Can make customers’ day and is maniacal about serving great‑tasting chicken with a great big smile. Honest, energetic, motivational and fun; seeks to add to our great culture. Sets high standards for himself and for the team. Is up for a challenge, loves the excitement of the restaurant business, and knows every day is different. At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a true desire to learn and grow.
