Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor

Delivering compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide telephonic assistance to individuals in distress while working remotely from Florida. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing emotional distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems while multitasking effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Florida residency required for remote work Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for telephonic support Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
