East Moline School District 37 is seeking an equity-minded leader to join us as the principal of Ridgewood Elementary School, championing our mission of student, staff, and district excellence. The work year begins three (3) weeks before the first teacher work day each year, and ends two (2) weeks after the last teacher work day. Salary range is $105,000-$130,00 based on administrative experience.

Applicants must have a Masters degree or higher in education and hold or be able to obtain an Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative endorsement.
