Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Server Assistant to support our restaurant staff and deliver exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Support servers throughout the guest dining experience Clear and reset tables in a refined and polished manner Greet tables and offer water service Maintain cleanliness of side stations and restrooms Sweep, remove trash, and keep an organized workspace Engage with guests as needed Provide hospitality to guests Requirements 1 year of fine dining or similar experience, preferred Exceptional communication skills Obsessed with details Basic food and beverage knowledge, preferred Team player Punctual and reliable Able to stand and walk for extended periods Growth mindset Problem solver Benefits Schedule flexibility Competitive pay and 401(k) plan Food and beverage discounts Growth opportunities within the group Location & Hours San Diego, CA – Evening shift; Full‑time or Part‑time available.
