An HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with organizational objectives. This role drives key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning. What it takes: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions. Ability to work independently - this person will be on project sites 100% of the time - travel expectations around other project sites within Texas as well Heavy employee relations experience Union experience a must Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record. #J-18808-Ljbffr Michels Corporation
