A well-established printing company is seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join their team. Conveniently located just off I-80, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working independently. Responsibilities
- Manage, review, and audit files independently
- Accurately enter and maintain data
- Track files and customer orders
- Organize documents, orders, and product samples
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure records are up to date
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office, administrative, or clerical experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Self-motivated with a dependable work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. overhead as needed
