Pay Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour Overtime Pay: $33.00 per hour Additional Pay: $1.00 premium per hour Schedule: Third Shift Sunday‑Thursday 10:00 pm‑6:00 am Products & Equipment Products Handled: Tools Equipment: Stand‑Up Forklift Benefits Weekly pay Paid Training and support Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) – benefits start at 30 days Paid Time Off 401(k) match 15 % Employee Discount on Stock Employee Discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel, and more Safety gear provided Leadership prioritizing safety Continuous improvement focus for success Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience (preferred) One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead (preferred) One (1) year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) (preferred) One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience (preferred) Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner (advanced required) Valid forklift operator's license (certified) Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership skills Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Excellent organizational skills Proactive approach to responsibilities Maintains composure under pressure Works using health and safety methods Bilingual (for Québec locations only) Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in providing orientation for employees and give them necessary information, technology, and tools to perform their jobs. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in the warehouse (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operational effectiveness and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned.
