As a Forward Deployed Product Manager you will step into a unique role that blends product ownership with deep customer partnership, working side by side with a leading global endurance event organizer to turn real race‑day challenges into scalable, high‑impact solutions across registration, payments and operations. What You’ll Own Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for a strategic client engagement, delivering a multi‑phase platform that meets real business and operational needs Translate client goals and real‑world event scenarios into clear, measurable product requirements that drive successful outcomes Build and prioritize a high‑impact backlog, ensuring development focuses on the features that deliver the greatest value and meet key milestones Lead cross‑functional delivery across multiple development teams, aligning priorities and sequencing releases to achieve on‑time, high‑quality launches Drive product decisions by balancing scope, timelines and business impact, ensuring commitments stay aligned with the statement of work Create seamless payment and commerce experiences across registration, checkout and race‑day operations, enabling reliable and scalable transactions Influence stakeholders through clear communication of progress, risks and trade‑offs, building trust and momentum across teams Deliver successful launch outcomes, including readiness planning, user acceptance testing and post‑launch optimization for critical event functionality What You Bring 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions Experience working closely with clients or in embedded, customer‑facing roles, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment Strong ability to define product requirements, including writing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment Experience coordinating multiple development teams and managing dependencies across complex projects Solid understanding of SaaS and e‑commerce platforms, including payments, APIs and third‑party integrations Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionable product strategies Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast‑paced environments Our Perks – What We’ll Bring For You We know it’s bigger than just your career.
