Senior Director, Biostatistics

A global, innovation‑driven biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a Senior Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy across their diverse portfolio. This role sits at the center of clinical development, partnering closely with senior cross‑functional leaders to shape program strategy, guide study design, and ensure high‑quality statistical execution from Phase I–IV.

- dProvide strategic statistical leadership across clinical programs, influencing development plans and regulatory strateg
- yGuide design and analysis of clinical studies using innovative and fit‑for‑purpose methodologie
- sOversee statistical content for regulatory interactions, submissions, briefing documents, and integrated summarie
- sLead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of clinical biostatistician
- sPartner with senior leaders across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical, and external collaborator
- sManage CROs and external partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and program‑level deliverable
- sContribute to departmental SOPs and drive adoption of emerging methodologies and modern clinical development approache
