Job details Location: 8200 Bear Paw Trail suite 101, Whistler, BC V0N 1B9 Salary: $24.04 per hour / 32 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, full time Schedule: Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, shift, on‑call, flexible hours, overtime available Start date: As soon as possible Source: Job Bank #3622322 Responsibilities Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train staff or arrange for their training Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Qualifications Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year; work must be completed at the physical location (no remote work) Work setting: Urban area, retail business Personal suitability: accurate, client‑focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player Work conditions: fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking; standing for extended periods Eligibility A permanent resident of Canada A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit Do not apply if you are not authorized to work in Canada.
