Production Team Member (2nd & 3rd Shift) – Paid Training | Starting at $19.85/hr

Pay & Growth Opportunities

• Training Rate: $19.85/hour
• Base Rate After Training: $20.27–$23.10/hour
• Advancement Opportunities: Earn up to nearly $28/hour as you learn additional skills and move into higher-level positions.
• Additional bonus opportunities available.
• Full-time (40 hours/week) with overtime opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Production Team Member, you'll learn all aspects of operating our modern corrugator and its equipment. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are essential.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

• Have a stable work history and strong work ethic.
• Preferably have manufacturing experience (but we are happy to train the right candidate).
• Value attendance, reliability, safety, and teamwork.
• Want to build a long-term career and continue learning new skills.

Work Environment

This is an active manufacturing position. You should expect to:

• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe workplace
• Work on your feet throughout your shift
• Lift, move, and stay physically active.
• Work in a hot, humid, and noisy manufacturing environment , especially during the summer months.
• Work overtime and some Saturdays

Schedule

• 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift openings only
• Operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week , with occasional Saturdays as production requires.
