Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. After spending time as a stay-at-home mom, I chose to return to the workforce and build something meaningful of my own. With a finance degree and a strong business foundation, I've created an agency that values balance, flexibility, and long-term growth.

For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, quarterly bonuses, and quarterly team celebrations, along with an excellent work-life balance. While the environment is laid back and low stress, all roles do include sales expectations. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
