HR Business Partner

A rapidly growing PE backed Insurance company is looking to add a Lead HR Business Partner to their already impressive team. The role involves aligning talent and people practices with business goals, fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Build partnerships to support business objectives and enhance employee experience through HR guidance.
• Organizational Development: Identify and implement opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Change Management: Guide leaders through growth and change initiatives.
• Talent Management: Support talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Coaching & Employee Support: Offer coaching on people management and serve as a trusted employee resource.
• HR Program Delivery: Implement HR programs aligned with business needs.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Assist with recruiting, selection, and onboarding activities.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
• Learning & Development: Facilitate training to enhance organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines. Ideally with Insurance or Financial Services industry experience.
• Experience in a matrixed or complex business environment preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
• Ability to build relationships and handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
