$125,000 +

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and tailor insurance solutions that meet their needs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and long-term collaboration.

• Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Proactively identify opportunities to expand a client base through networking and community involvement.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.

• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice.

• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to streamline the sales process and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the finance or insurance sector.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of financial products and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Licensed to sell insurance in the states of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, or willingness to obtain licensure promptly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to share insights and strategies for client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and resources to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
