Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of relevant Business Analyst or IT experience
- Hands-on experience with EHR or Practice Management systems
- Knowledge of HL7 and clinical workflows in healthcare
- Experience with REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger
- Knowledge of Windows and cloud support environments
- Understanding of IT security principles
- A bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Analyze business requirements and healthcare system needs
- Support the planning, design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of EHR and Practice Management systems
- Analyze and support clinical workflows and healthcare IT processes
- Work with HL7 integrations, REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger
- Support Windows environments, cloud platforms, and IT security
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve healthcare solutions
