Restaurant Manager - Columbia, SC

We're looking for a strong, service-driven Restaurant Manager in Columbia, SC to join a high-volume, full-service steakhouse concept known for consistency, team culture, and operational excellence in Columbia, SC.

This is a hands-on leadership role in Columbia, SC for someone who thrives in a busy dining room, understands how to lead both FOH and BOH teams, and knows how to drive results while protecting the guest experience. If you're passionate about developing people and running great shifts in Columbia, SC, this could be the right move for you.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
Coach and develop hourly team members and shift leaders
Drive guest satisfaction and handle service recovery when needed
Manage labor, food cost, and overall profitability
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
Partner with leadership to build a strong culture in Columbia, SC

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of salaried restaurant management experience
Full-service background preferred
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate a team
Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Compensation & Benefits:

$60,000-$70,000 base salary
Performance-based bonus
