Are you passionate about creating craveable dishes that keep guests coming back for more? Gimme's Par & Grill in downtown Grand Rapids is looking for a Part-Time Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen crew. Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills, pick up a few evening shifts, or stay in the game while balancing other commitments, this is your chance to cook up something special in an environment that's anything but boring.
Pay starts at $18-$22 per hour , based on your experience and ability to bring the heat. We also offer perks like paid meals, access to health benefits and employee discounts -because we know the little things matter.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAs a Line Cook, you'll help drive the kitchen's rhythm, turning out high-quality dishes that hit every time. You'll prep, cook, clean, and communicate-all while keeping cool under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of menu items using standardized recipes
Cook using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
Maintain quality, portion control, and plate presentation standards
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Work alongside a tight-knit kitchen and FOH crew to keep service running smoothly
Help with kitchen open or close shifts as needed
Clean and maintain your station like a pro
Solid cooking skills (professional kitchen experience preferred)
Attention to detail and pride in plating
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume shifts
A team-first attitude-no egos here
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, or brunch shifts
