HVAC Service Technician / Installer
Location: Fairfield, New Haven & Middlesex County, CT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Installers to join a growing team handling a variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects throughout Fairfield, New Haven, and Middlesex Counties.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HVAC experience and hold a valid Connecticut S, D, or B license . This position offers the opportunity to work on installation, service, maintenance, and repair projects across a variety of properties and systems.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
Perform installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and routine service
Work on a variety of residential and commercial projects
Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Ensure HVAC installations meet applicable codes and industry standards
Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and project teams
Complete service reports and project documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Follow company safety procedures and Connecticut HVAC requirements
2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
Valid Connecticut S, D, or B license required
Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Experience with HVAC installation, service, or maintenance
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ideal CandidatesWe are especially interested in HVAC professionals holding an S-2, D-2, or B license with experience in residential, commercial, or both environments. Candidates with strong backgrounds in HVAC service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.
