Position Summary:

• The Paralegal Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the paralegal department, including workload distribution, mentoring, training, and performance management.

• This role ensures quality support for our attorneys while maintaining firm standards, compliance, and procedural efficiency.

• Manage, mentor, and train a team of paralegals.

• Assign tasks, balance workloads, and manage scheduling to meet deadlines.

• Develop and implement standardized procedures for document management, discovery, and trial prep.

• Act as a liaison between paralegals and partners to optimize workflows.

• Ensure compliance with court rules and ethical standards across all work products.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate preferred.

• Minimum 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a law firm environment.

• Deep knowledge of Construction Defect and Personal Injury procedures, eDiscovery tools, and e-filing systems (federal/state).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with legal research tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards.
