HotelPro , a hospitality staffing company, is looking for an experienced Manager of People Operations to join our People & Culture team. This role supports organizational goals by overseeing employee relations, labor law compliance, policy implementation, and other employment-related matters across market and outsourced operations. The Manager of People Operations fosters a positive and fair workplace culture while partnering with Operations Leaders to ensure business continuity and an exceptional team member experience. Offer effective solutions and strategies to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment Investigate employee concerns regarding policy interpretation, discrimination, harassment, and employment actions Provide guidance on progressive discipline, performance improvement, and development plans Conduct thorough and impartial investigations while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and HotelPro policies Oversee compliance with EEOC guidelines Administer ADA accommodations, LOA, FMLA, and state paid sick leave requirements Partner with leaders to implement and train associates on HR policies and procedures Maintain and update handbooks, policies, and HR processes Oversee HRIS integrity and generate reports for leadership review Maintain employee relations records and documentation Manage team performance, engagement, and development Foster an inclusive and high-performing culture As a Manager of People Operations You Bring... 4+ years of generalist HR experience strongly preferred 2+ years of experience in staffing, employee relations, or HR support Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience within staffing and/or hospitality operations Strong knowledge of federal and multistate employment laws Bilingual English and Spanish required Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization Why Join HotelPro...
