Financial Analyst

Austin, TX | Hybrid Schedule | Direct Hire LHH is partnering with one of our clients in Austin to identify a Financial Analyst to join its collaborative Finance team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with 4–6 years of experience who enjoys working closely with business leaders and serving as a key financial partner to the Sales organization. Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually Responsibilities Partner closely with Sales leadership to support revenue growth and profitability initiatives Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business performance reporting Analyze sales trends, customer performance, pricing, margins, and key business metrics Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses for management Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations through data analysis Create dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into operational performance Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4–6 years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis Experience partnering with business stakeholders and non-finance teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to present financial information to leadership in a clear and concise manner Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance functions Experience with financial planning and business forecasting Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms Experience working with ERP systems and large data sets Ideal Candidate Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Comfortable partnering directly with Sales leaders Naturally curious and driven to uncover actionable insights Collaborative and relationship-oriented Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Life and disability insurance Employee assistance program Bonus eligibility, depending on company program If you are a finance professional looking for an opportunity to partner directly with business leaders and influence strategic decision-making, apply today through LHH for confidential consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
