A well-established downtown LA firm is hiring a mid-level commercial litigation associate. If you want substantive responsibility, real client contact, and a caseload you can actually sink into — not just a seat on a document-review team — this is worth a look. You’d handle business and commercial disputes across the full litigation lifecycle: pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. At 3–5 years, you’d own meaningful pieces of your matters and work directly with partners on case strategy and client relationships. What we’re looking for Active member in good standing of the California Bar, with a strong academic record 3–5 years of commercial or business litigation experience Confident legal writer who can manage a busy docket and hit deadlines Comfortable taking ownership and working closely with a team
