What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities through assessments and testing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and prognosis.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students.
• Recommends adaptive/supportive equipment and assists with securing devices.
• Document patient responses, treatment progress, and plan updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Promote occupational therapy services within the community.
• Serve as a case manager for assigned patients.

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and compassionate approach
• Ability to work independently with team support
• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality services
