Residential Roofing Service Technician

Job Description Job Description Leak Detection & Repair: Investigate and fix leaks on various residential roofs (shingle, metal, tile). Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong roof life. Material Application: Replace damaged shingles, flashing, underlayment, and sealant. Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies while working at heights. Customer Communication: Interact professionally with homeowners to explain repairs and, in some cases, provide quotes. Site Management: Clean up job sites and maintain company vehicles and tools. Qualifications Experience: 2–3 years of experience in roofing, specifically in repairs. Physical Ability: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in varied weather conditions. Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools (hammers, nail guns, utility knives). Licensing: Valid driver’s license.
