As a Zuma Maitre D’, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and exceptional dining experience for guests at Zuma by overseeing the flow of reservations and seating arrangements. You will manage guest reservations, coordinate seating plans, and lead the dining room team to maintain Zuma’s high standards of service and hospitality, ensuring and maximizing seating capacity. Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style.
