Floor Associate:

• Provide customer service to customers at the Nintendo World Store in New York City

• Assist customers in purchase of Nintendo branded merchandise and products

• Provide customers with product information and demonstrations

• Recommend products to meet customers needs

• Perform cash register and merchandise restock duties

• Ability to adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Atleast one year of customer service experience in a retail environment

MUST HAVE CASHIER EXPERIENCE - *New req

Experience in a video gaming or electronics environment is strongly preferred

At least a high school diploma or GED is required

Working knowledge of video gaming products and/or services

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and represent the company at a public level

Ability to lift heavy objects or do continuous lifting while adhering to proper lifting techniques and ladder usage

Ability to perform routine display repair and maintenance

****Associates are required to work at least 3 weekdays and have full weekend availability**

Schedule Blackout period applies to Black Friday and December.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
