Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for Illinois; must meet state practice act and regulatory requirements; current professional licensure in good standing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sports physical therapy is highly preferred.
• Additional Information: The therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document medical records accurately and timely. Responsibilities include supervising students, pursuing ongoing professional development, adhering to regulatory standards, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.
