QA Execution Specialist

Job Description Executes the technical configuration of campaigns and customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), supporting content implementation through Knak and other production tools. This role works from approved requirements and architectural designs to deliver campaign builds, configure journeys, support testing, and ensure deployment readiness across email, SMS, and push channels. Key Responsibilities Build campaigns across channels: Email, SMS, push, in‑app, third‑party integrations Configure segments, triggers, workflows, and message payloads across channels Assemble content using Knak templates, modular content systems, and HTML where required Follow strict build standards, naming conventions, and templates Skills and Requirements Expert‑level experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Extensive hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end campaign testing and validation Strong understanding of QA processes and workflows, including creating, following, and optimizing SOPs Advanced HTML troubleshooting and debugging skills Experience managing, documenting, and tracking defects throughout the testing lifecycle Knowledge of email rendering validation across multiple platforms, devices, and email clients Highly detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and customer engagement strategies Litmus or Email on Acid experience Jira experience EEO Statement We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
