Introduce and demonstrate various Kia models, highlighting features and benefits. Build rapport and trust with clients, guiding them through the car-buying process. Negotiate pricing and financing options to reach mutually agreeable terms. Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team and service department to provide a seamless customer experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus. Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and customer service abilities. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
