The Health Institute | Hybrid – Franklin, TN Start Date: July 13, 2026 Help Shape the Future of Functional Medicine The Health Institute is looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and understands that social media is more than just content—it's a measurable growth channel. In this role, you'll manage multiple influencer and brand accounts across today's leading platforms while maintaining each creator's unique voice. You'll transform long-form content into engaging social media, oversee publishing, monitor performance, and help drive consult bookings, student enrollment, and long-term brand authority. What You'll Do Manage multiple influencer and brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining distinct brand voices. Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and social copy. Repurpose podcasts, blogs, videos, and other long-form content into platform-specific content. Build and maintain organized content calendars aligned with campaign priorities. Manage ManyChat automations and optimize social media funnels. Monitor comments and direct messages while protecting each brand's voice and reputation. Track KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver actionable reporting. Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to execute high-quality campaigns. Help grow organic reach, engagement, consult bookings, and student enrollment. What We're Looking For 2–3 years of social media management experience. Experience managing multiple brands, businesses, or influencer accounts. Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write in multiple brand voices. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Experience with social media analytics and reporting. Familiarity with ManyChat or similar automation platforms is a plus. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
