You'll be the connective tissue across the organization, bringing structure to complexity and determining what matters most.What You’ll DoSteward the operating rhythm of the customer group, ensuring forums exist, run well, and produce decisionsPrepare the Sr. Director/Director of Customer Group Marketing for key meetings and leadership forumsMaintain and evolve governance models, ensuring roles and workflows are clearAct as the operational point of contact for cross-functional teamsSupport the quarterly planning process for the customer segmentMaintain a portfolio-wide view of all workstreams and planning horizonsTrack the health of key planning deliverables, risks, and interdependenciesAggregate and synthesize performance signals, data, and insights into a coherent viewIdentify patterns, gaps, and risks, translating them into clear recommendationsMaintain portfolio-level insight into the marketing budget, tracking allocation against strategic prioritiesLiaise with Finance and Agency Ops for compliance, accurate forecasting, and timely resolution of funding issuesWhat You Need to Succeed7+ years’ experience in business operations, marketing operations, or program managementProven experience in large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and influence skills, comfortable managing up, across, and downAbout AdobeAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
