Business Analyst

Qualifications Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics or a related degree with 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) OR Masters degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics or a related degree with 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) Relevant experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) includes: Proven experience gathering documenting and managing complex business and functional requirements Solid understanding of data structures data flows and data quality management Experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing UAT and validating solutions against requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects applications or programs Preferred Qualifications Business Process Analysis Optimization Requirements Elicitation Documentation Stakeholder Engagement Facilitation Strong experience analyzing decomposing and optimizing end to end business processes Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams business UX product engineering Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills including senior stakeholders Data Analysis Data Quality Management, including: User Acceptance Testing user acceptance testing and validation Agile Product Development Support Process Mapping plus Workflow Design Digital Product IT Systems Collaboration Project Coordination Lightweight PM Responsibilities This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00 - $200,000.00 The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
