Investment Operations Analyst

Supporting the derivatives operations of the investment portfolio, the full-time remote Investment Operations Analyst will manage trade lifecycle processes, including confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations, while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Support the derivative trade lifecycle, including trade capture, allocations, settlements, and lifecycle events Manage the derivative confirmations process, ensuring trades are accurately confirmed and processed within required timelines Perform reconciliations and resolve exceptions across internal systems, custodians, counterparties, and accounting records Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2-5 years of cumulative, relevant experience in investment operations Experience with Bloomberg or other trade order management systems Strong technology focus with an interest in automating repetitive tasks Good Excel skills and familiarity with investment accounting systems Virtual Vocations Inc
