Production Help Wanted in Erie, PA
We are actively looking to hire for production help to join our team as a machine operator. Job Duties
- Operate mold machines, tools, and materials; verify correct mold configuration per production order.
- Run molding equipment (rotational, injection, or thermoforming depending on product line); load resin; monitor cycle times and temperatures
- Inspect molded parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface finishes
- Measure, stage, and mix raw materials; maintain resin levels; follow proper storage and labeling procedures

- This position offers a minimum starting rate of $17.60/H
- Profit sharing quarterly payouts are additional income for employees
Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Erie, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32,000.00 - $45,000.00/yr. 401(K) Company matches 2%- half of profit sharing bonuses goes into retirement account Employee Assistance Program, Dental, Vision, FSA, Short and Long term disability, health insurance PTO is 88 hours prorated during the first year (eligible to use it ASAP) You get a 3rd week added at 5 years 4th week added at 10 years 5th week added at 15 years
