Service PorterWe are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Service Porter to join our team at Sierra Honda. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealershipAssist customers with valet parking and retrieving their vehiclesProvide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concernsDrive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises for customer pick-up and deliveryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the service areaAssist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as neededInspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to managementFueling vehiclesFollow all safety procedures and protocolsPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role preferredMust be able to work a flexible schedule (between Mon-Sun, 8a-8p)Must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentManual transmission experience a plusJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePay: $18.50Work Location: In person
