Responsibilities Function as an online supervisor, monitoring operations to ensure the delivery of quality and cost‑effective service. Work as part of a supervisory team with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication. Monitor operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures. Regularly oversee site stocking and cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed state requirements, including maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness. Ensure that personnel keep facilities and equipment in a clean, sanitary and functional condition. Ensure all scheduling requirements are met within a timely fashion. Perform duties including scheduling and staffing, logistics management, clinical and administrative QA/QI, and performance management. Support the team with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling. Perform other field staff duties. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Must have great communication skills. Must be tech savvy and computer literate. 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred). Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (minimum 2 years). Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Staff scheduling experience. Problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
