Training Operations Coordinator

The Training Operations Coordinator ensures an exceptional experience for our clients from training program registration through program delivery. This role coordinates the many moving parts of each engagement, keeping clients, facilitators, participants, materials, assessments, and timelines aligned so every program runs smoothly and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of client training programs from initial scheduling through completion, including assessments, materials, timelines, participant communications, and shipping logistics. Manage certification registrations, track participant progress, and coordinate post-certification follow-up. Monitor project timelines in Asana and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records in our CRM, assessment system, learning management system (LMS), and other internal platforms. Partner with clients, facilitators, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support. Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, operations, project coordination, customer service, or training support role. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects, balance competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms, including CRM systems, project management tools, learning management systems (LMS), and online meeting platforms. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to producing quality work. Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and work independently while keeping projects moving toward completion.
