RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage accounting operations related to A/R, A/P, Chargebacks, Customer’s Fees, Rebates and Inventory Accounting.

· Run daily and monthly reports to facilitate submissions tracking, validation and data reconciliation between various software reports (iContract Vs SAP Vs 3PL).

· Ensure quality control over financial transactions by following related SOPs and processes.

· Experience with general ledger functions and the month-quarter-year end close process

· Manage cash flow and payments.

· Any other related job functions.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

· Understanding of GTN

· Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

· Excellent SAP skills

· Strong knowledge of systems and processes in Finance domain.

· Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system

· Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, or similar field

· Master degree preferred, but not required

· Around 10 years of experience in US Pharma Industry

· Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite
