Job Description Job Description Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required. Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Nurse (RN) to join our team in Camden, South Carolina . As a School Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of students and staff in a school setting. Responsibilities: Assess, monitor and provide care to students and staff with acute and chronic health conditions Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students with special health needs Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Perform vision and hearing screenings, and other health assessments as required by state laws and regulations Develop and implement emergency care plans and respond to medical emergencies Educate and train school staff, students and families on health and wellness topics Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to promote a safe and healthy learning environment Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of South Carolina Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program CPR certification Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred Excellent munication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Soliant offers petitive pensation packages and benefits to our employees, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, and more.
