As a member of the Health Services Business Optimization team, our Business Optimization Consultant Sr. applies analytical skills, project management, and subject matter expertise to identify opportunities for improvement, design solutions, and manage improvement efforts. This role leads business process analysis and solution design activities by working effectively across the organization with business, clinical, technical subject matter experts. Then this role may be the perfect fit.What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, healthcare administration or related fieldMinimum 8+ years' experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design or configuration and/or acceptance testing or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills and Attributes: Perform analysis of medium-to-large scale business processes including current state discovery, future state design, gap analysis, and creation of strategic recommendationsUtilize formal performance improvement techniques (process mapping, business cases, problem solving)Create comprehensive documentation through formal analysis techniques and develop strong testing documentation including test cases and test plansDemonstrate strong proficiency with business analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)Skilled in using data to present information to inform strategy and decisions for senior leadersLead analysis activities and document work through creation of project management artifacts (stakeholder diagrams, business cases, requirements management plans, project plans)Knowledge of formal methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, change management (ADKAR), and Agile software development or project management approaches (preferred)Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desiredFacilitate data and requirements gathering activities with groups of various sizes; translate and communicate technical and complex concepts to diverse audiences across organizational linesAbility to lead small teams (3-5) for complex work efforts and able to lead cross functional groups. Leads large, complex meetings including multiple levels of management and with ability to navigate complex political situations.Ability to coach and train peers and leaders with constructive feedback.What You Will Do at Cambia: Identify process and business improvement opportunities.
