SBB Cargo International ist im europäischen Schienengüterverkehr Marktführer auf der Nord‑Süd‑Achse. Dank unseren über 1’000 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz, Deutschland, den Niederlanden, Italien und Frankreich fahren wir wöchentlich rund 550 Züge von den Nordseehäfen nach Italien und zurück. Dabei verlagern wir tausende Nettotonnen von der Strasse auf die Schiene und leisten einen aktiven Beitrag zu mehr Klimaschutz.
Ihre Aufgaben
In dieser Schlüsselrolle führst du unser Controlling-Team und verantwortest die finanzielle Planung und Steuerung der Unternehmensgruppe. Du stellst sicher, dass Geschäftsleitung und Verwaltungsrat auf aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen zählen können und entwickelst unsere Planungs‑ und Reportingprozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei verantwortest du die Mittelfristplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasts sowie das Management‑Reporting und behältst die finanzielle Entwicklung aller Gesellschaften im Blick. Aus den Ergebnissen leitest du Handlungsempfehlungen ab und unterstützt die Unternehmensleitung bei wichtigen finanziellen Fragestellungen. Du bewegst dich sicher zwischen den Anforderungen einer mittelständisch geprägten Unternehmensgruppe und den Strukturen eines Konzerns. Du arbeitest eng mit den Finanzfunktionen des SBB Konzerns zusammen, stellst die Umsetzung konzernweiter Vorgaben sicher und verantwortest das interne Rechnungswesen sowie die Deckungsbeitragsrechnung. Zudem entwickelst du unsere Steuerungsinstrumente weiter und treibst bereichsübergreifende Projekte voran. Als Führungskraft entwickelst du dein Team gezielt weiter, förderst die Zusammenarbeit über Länder‑ und Bereichsgrenzen hinweg und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Verantwortung übernommen und Wissen geteilt wird.
Ihr Profil
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung. Zudem bringst du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling eines internationalen Unternehmens sowie Führungserfahrung mit. Du kennst Planungs‑, Reporting‑ und Abschlussprozesse und verfügst über Erfahrung in der finanziellen Steuerung mehrerer Gesellschaften. Der sichere Umgang mit SAP sowie modernen BI‑ und Reporting‑Lösungen gehört zu deinem beruflichen Alltag. Erfahrung im Transfer Pricing sowie in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld runden dein Profil ab. Du denkst analytisch und unternehmerisch, arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und verstehst es, auch komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln. Mit Integrität und Eigeninitiative kommunizierst du auf Augenhöhe mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen. Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus; Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
